Pioneer Computer is based in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. Our address is simply Hathras, 204101. We’ve been here for a while, serving the local people. It’s a small operation. We have some computers, parts, and tools for fixing things. Hathras isn't a fast-paced city like Delhi or Mumbai, so things move at a bit of a slower rhythm here. We like it that way. Most people who come in are our neighbors or people from the nearby villages. They bring in their machines when they stop working, and we see what we can do. It’s a lot of dusty screens and tangled wires. We don't have a fancy website or any big advertisements. Word of mouth is how most people find us. The shop can get quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the door open to catch a breeze. Sometimes we sit outside on stools when business is slow. We aren't trying to be the biggest computer place in the world. We just want to be the place in Hathras where you can get your computer looked at without a fuss. We talk to our customers about their families and the weather while we work. It’s a friendly way to do things. No corporate talk, just plain Hindi and English mixed together. We’re just local folks who know a thing or two about computers. If the power is out, we just drink some water and wait it out until the lights come back on again.
