Muhamma Seva Agro Producer Company Limited

We are located at Mirash Bhavan, over in Pattanakad P.O near Andhakaranazhy in Cherthala. The area is beautiful with the water nearby, and that’s where Muhamma Seva Agro Producer Company Limited does its thing. We are a group of locals who decided to pool our resources together. The name "Seva" means service, and we really just try to help each other out with the farming side of things. Cherthala has a lot of traditional agriculture, but it’s hard to make it pay these days. So, we use the office at Mirash Bhavan to coordinate our sales and buy supplies in bulk so it’s cheaper for everyone. It’s not a fancy setup. There’s usually some mud on the floor and the fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it’s our home base. We talk about the prices of coconuts or whatever else is in season. Sometimes the meetings go on way too long because everyone has an opinion on how to do things. But that’s what makes us a community. We aren't some distant board of directors; we are the same people you see at the local market or at the temple. The address is easy to find if you know Andhakaranazhy. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. It’s just honest work with the people we grew up with. That’s enough for us to keep going.
