Our group, Janakiya Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited, is located at Irumuttathu Veedu in the Karakkadu P O area of Chengannur. It’s a quiet place, really, and most of us grew up around these parts. We decided to get together because we all deal with the same things when it comes to farming and selling what we grow. It is not like we have some big master plan, we just needed a way to work together more easily. You can find us right there at the house in Karakkadu. It serves as our main point of contact for everyone involved. Some days are busier than others, especially when harvest time comes around or when we have to sort out the way we move things around for the month. Chengannur is a good place to be, and being at Irumuttathu Veedu makes it easy for the local farmers to drop in when they have a minute. We don't spend much money on decorating or anything like that because that's not what we are about. We just sit around, look at the numbers, and try to figure out the best way to move forward for Janakiya Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited. It is a lot of talking and a lot of drinking tea while we wait for things to happen. We are just trying to keep things running steady for everyone in the neighborhood who relies on us.
