We have been here in Chandinoor for a while now. The building is at Vii/141, which is easy to find if you know the Alleppey area. Most of the work involves ripening setups for fruit and handling different agro items. It gets quite busy during the harvest months when everyone brings their produce in. We aren't a big fancy office, just a group of people working with the local crops. The machines run most of the day and there is always a bit of a rush to get things ready for the market. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially with the humidity here, but we manage. People stop by to check on their orders or just to see how the season is looking. It is mostly about getting the timing right so nothing spoils. We handle the crates and make sure the temperatures stay where they need to be. It's dusty work and can be loud in the back rooms. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day. If you are coming down the road, look for the sign near the entrance. We usually have a few trucks parked outside waiting to load up. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here in this part of Kerala. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized through the busy periods.
