Amrita School Of Engineering

You will find the Amrita School of Engineering down at Amritapuri, along the Vallikavu stretch. It is located right on the Amrita University Main Road. This place is quite large compared to any local primary school because it is meant for engineering students. There are many labs, workshops, and plenty of classrooms spread across the campus. It is a very busy place with students constantly walking between the different buildings all day long. We have been established here for a long time. The atmosphere is a bit different from a regular school because it is a college, so everything is more about technical subjects and long hours spent in the library. The staff is always kept busy with exam schedules and managing the labs. We have a lot of trees around the campus, which really helps with the afternoon heat, especially since we are located so close to the coast. It is not a corporate office at all; it is a real place of study with all the mess and noise that usually comes with that. We have some old equipment and some new equipment all mixed together in the workshops. The cafeteria is usually the busiest place on the grounds. We do not use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We are just a large engineering school in Vallikavu. We focus on the daily work of getting students through their degrees and keeping the campus labs running properly.
