Vaidic Kitchen Llp

You can find Vaidic Kitchen Llp over at 650 Begam Ganjmakbar. It is near Pushkar Dutta, a part of town that has always got something happening. We have been set up here for some time now. The building is old, but it has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We do most of our cooking and prep work right here on the premises. It is not a huge space, so we have to be careful about how we use the room we have got. On some days, the kitchen gets really hot, and we have to open all the windows just to breathe. We are not doing anything fancy or trying to be the next big thing in the industry. We just focus on making food the way we know how. A lot of our recipes are just things we learned over the years from our families. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Most people find out about us just by walking past the door or hearing about it from a friend. The street outside can get pretty cramped with bikes and people, so deliveries are sometimes a bit of a headache for the drivers. But we manage to make it work. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a small team, and we all pitch in with the cleaning and the heavy lifting. That is just how it is.
