The Daavat

We are located right outside Delhi Gate at the Regency Hotel in Ajmer. This part of the city is always moving, especially with everyone coming and going through the gate. Being part of the hotel means we see a lot of different faces. It’s not a quiet spot, but we like the energy. The address is 305001 if you are looking it up. We have been in this building for some time now. It’s a familiar place for people living nearby. We don't have a flashy entrance or anything, just the usual setup you'd expect. Sometimes the street gets crowded, but that is Ajmer for you. We just open up in the morning and get things ready. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just show up and do the work. The building itself is an older one, which gives it a certain feel. You won't find any corporate handbooks here. We just talk to each other and get the jobs done. If someone asks where we are, we just say "outside Delhi Gate" and they usually find their way. It’s a practical location. We don’t spend much time worrying about being the biggest or whatever people say these days. We just want to make sure the place is open when it’s supposed to be. It is a simple life here at the Regency. We just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure things are handled.
