Mango Curry

Mango Curry is located right by India Motor Circle in Ajmer. If you know the area, we are just opposite the Swami Complex. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people moving around all day. We started this place because we wanted to have a spot where people can get a meal without too much fuss. The name is a bit different but we just liked it. The kitchen is small but we keep it busy from morning until we close at night. Most of our customers are locals who work nearby or people stopping after shopping. Ajmer can get quite hot in the summers, so we try to keep the place comfortable enough. We don't use fancy tablecloths or anything. The furniture is simple and practical. Sometimes the wait can be a little long when the circle is crowded outside, but we do our best to get the food out. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us and a few helpers in the back. We buy our vegetables and spices from the local market nearby. You can hear the horns honking from the circle while you eat, which is just part of being in this part of town. We are just a local eatery trying to do things the right way every day. Nothing more, nothing less.
