Kathi Junction Ajmer

Kathi Junction Ajmer is situated right opposite the Anasagar Chopati on the Anasagar Link Road. We are quite close to the Bata Showroom, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us in Ajmer City. The shop is a popular spot for people who are out for a walk by the lake and want something quick to eat. We spend most of the day preparing the fillings and rolling out the dough for the kathi rolls. It gets pretty hot near the tawa, especially when the sun is out, but we are used to it by now. The place isn't very big, so most people just stand outside and eat or take their food to go. On the weekends, it gets really crowded with families and groups of friends, and we have to work fast to keep up with the orders. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by late evening because it's been a busy day. We don't have a fancy dining room or waiters; it’s just a counter where you order and get your food. The view of the lake is nice, and it’s a good part of the city to be in. We keep things simple with the menu and just focus on making the rolls the way people like them. If you’re ever near the link road or the Bata shop, you’ll likely see the steam and smell the spices from our little corner.
