One Essence Fields Llp

Our business is located at 886D on the Nagar Daund Road, right in Kashti within the Shrigonda taluka. It is a busy road with a lot of trucks passing by, so there is always something going on outside our door. One Essence Fields Llp is what we call ourselves. We deal with field-level agricultural work and the daily tasks that come with it. It is not always easy being out here in the heat, but it is where the work is. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual crops and checking on the soil. It is a lot of manual labor and keeping track of the changing seasons. We aren’t some polished firm from the city; we are right here in Kashti where the farming happens. Our office is a very simple place where we manage the day-to-day tasks like payroll and equipment lists. We have to deal with the heat and the dust daily, but that is just part of life on the Nagar Daund Road. We help manage the fields and see what needs to be planted or harvested next. It is a very practical business. We don’t use big words or have complicated corporate processes. We just look at what the land needs and try to provide it. Sometimes we are short-staffed, and sometimes the weather doesn't help our plans, but we keep going. If you are driving down the road toward Shrigonda, you will pass right by our spot.
