CHATRAPATI PAVING BLOCK AND CEMENTPRODUCTS FACTORY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our yard is located over at Shahaji Limbaji Pawar’s place in Mirajgaon. We’ve been operating out of Ahmednagar for some time now, focusing mostly on cement products. We make those heavy paving blocks you see on sideways and in driveways. It’s messy work with all the sand and concrete, but it keeps us busy. The factory isn't anything special to look at, just a lot of molds and stacks of finished blocks waiting to be picked up. We started this because there was a lot of building going on around Karjat and we wanted to be part of it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us making stuff that people need for their homes or shops. Sometimes the mix isn't perfect, but we fix it and keep going. The sun gets really strong here in Maharashtra, so we start early in the morning to beat the heat. Most of our customers are locals from the area who know us by name. We handle the pouring and the drying right here on site. If you're driving through Mirajgaon, you can’t miss the stacks of gray blocks. We just try to stay honest and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a small operation, but it’s ours. We don't promise anything crazy, just cement things that do their job. We just show up every day and get to work on the next batch of orders that came in.
