Our place is located in the Dumaswala Compound over on Varachha Road. It’s a big area, so you have to look for Plot 5/6. We are on the third floor. We go by Yamuna Diamond Manufacturing Llp. The building sits in Hirabaug, and it gets pretty busy around here with all the other workshops. You can hear the machines running from the street sometimes. We have a lot of space inside, spread across the floor to handle the manufacturing side of things. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s a working factory. There’s dust and noise and people moving around all the time. We’ve been here since we started, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. We have a good group of workers who have been with us for years. We eat lunch together in the break area. It’s a bit of a maze getting up to the third floor with all the materials we move, but we have a rhythm down. The commute on Varachha Road can be a headache during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. We just focus on making things. We don't spend money on fancy websites or big signs. The work speaks for itself, and that’s how we like it. We have a small radio that plays local stations all day long to keep the mood light. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a few minutes, but everyone is patient.
