Working with diamonds involves a lot of focus every single day. We are over at Plot No. 505 in Phase-4 of the GIDC in Vatva. It is a busy industrial area, and it stays noisy most of the time. We get in early and handle what needs doing without much fuss. The diamond business has a lot of small details that people don't always see. Some days are just about sorting through things and making sure the machines are running okay. It isn’t fancy work, despite what people might think about the industry. It is mostly just dusty floors and checking schedules under the bright lights. We have been at this GIDC spot for a while now, and people around here know us. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Most of the guys on the team live nearby. Traffic can be a bit of a pain getting into the estate in the mornings, but we manage to get through it. We just focus on the task at hand. There is a lot of cutting and checking involved, which takes a fair amount of patience. Sometimes the power cuts out, but that is just part of being in this part of Vatva. We keep our tools ready and keep a steady rhythm. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the noise. We keep the gates open during the day and just get on with it.
