We’ve been at Arvind Bhai House on C. G. Road for quite a while now. Most people around here know the building. It’s a family-run thing, really. Arvindbhai started it and we just keep it going day by day. We sell gold and jewelry, mostly the traditional stuff people want for weddings or just to keep as an investment. It’s busy on the weekends. We don't really do big fancy ads. Usually, people come in because their parents came here or a neighbor told them to. The shop isn't super modern, but it’s clean and we have chairs for you to sit while you look at the bangles. Sometimes the tea we offer takes a bit long because the boy has to go across the street, but nobody seems to mind much. We just try to be fair with the weights and the making charges. Jewelry is a serious purchase, so we don't rush anyone. Sometimes people spend two hours just looking at one necklace. That is fine with us. We know the local families and what they like. C. G. Road has changed a lot since we opened, more cars and noise now, but we are still in the same spot. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign near the main crossing. We are usually here from ten in the morning until late evening, except for holidays when everyone stays home and rests before the next week starts.
