XH2O SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is based out of Plot No.-137 in Phase-1 of the GIDC Vatva area. If you know GIDC, you know it is all about industry and hard work. Our place is no different. It’s a big plot where we handle water solutions. There is usually a lot of metal and plastic piping laying around. It is a dusty environment because of all the factories nearby. We spend our days looking at water systems and figuring out how to make them run. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean. Most of the time we are wearing work boots and have dirt on our hands. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a computer that is a bit slow. We don't have any marketing people or fancy brochures. We just show people what we can do with their water setups. The noise from the neighboring plants is constant, but you stop noticing it after a week. We have been in Vatva long enough to know the short cuts through the industrial estate. It is a tough place to work but it is honest. We aren't trying to be anything other than a group of people who understand water systems. We just focus on the pipes and the pumps and getting the job finished. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets intense, but we just keep the water bottles full and keep going.
