Ecosystems Group-Vasavada Agri Ventures PVt. Ltd operates out of Vasavada House, which is located at Sec-Fb-39, Lane 24 in Sterling City, Bopal. It is a bit of a different setup because it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We are based in a quiet residential area, which makes the mornings quite peaceful compared to the center of Ahmedabad. You can hear the birds and the occasional neighbor passing by while we are inside working on our agricultural projects. The house has been adapted to fit our needs, so there are files and maps spread out in what used to be regular rooms. We spend a lot of time discussing things over the kitchen table or out in the small yard area when the weather is nice. It is a very grounded way to run a business, and it fits what we do with agri ventures. There is no big sign out front or a fancy lobby; you just walk up to the house like you are visiting a friend. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things from here, keeping track of different sites and making sure the supplies are moving. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to managing the accounts. It is a very practical and honest way to spend the workday.
