Vishwa Karma Art. is located at No. 12 in the Raju Park Society. We are right on Sardar Chowk Road, near Kendal. If you are looking for us, we are tucked behind the Purnita Saree Show Room in Krishna Nagar. It’s a nice little spot, though the traffic at Sardar Chowk can get a bit crazy during rush hour. We do a lot of creative work here. It’s mostly hand-made stuff or custom designs that people ask for. Our workshop is full of tools and materials that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a big project taking up the floor space. We don’t follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work when the work is there. Sometimes that means staying late or coming in early on a Sunday. We’ve lived and worked in Krishna Nagar for a long time, so we know most of the neighbors. Being behind the saree showroom makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which is good for when we need to concentrate. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they are out shopping. We just focus on making things that look good and last. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the craft. We usually have the radio playing while we work on the latest art pieces until it is time to go home.
