Our place is at Plot No.85 in Nikol. We are right near the Nikol Ring Road, which means there is a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going by. It’s a fast-moving area. We do digital work here. It’s mostly computers and printers humming all day long. The office is just a simple building. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s more about the work we have on the tables. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, which gives us a chance to stretch our legs. We have some old chairs that creak every time you move. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to finish the day's tasks. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks. The space is a bit small for all the equipment we have, so you have to watch your step. We’ve got stacks of paper and hard drives everywhere. It feels like a real workspace, not a museum. We don't use big words or have complicated rules. We just come in, turn on the machines, and see what needs to be done. It’s been a few years now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the ring road. It’s just how we live and work in Nikol. Every day is different, but the noise of the road stays the same.
