Our factory is located at P-9 in the Swami Narayan Industrial Estate. It is tucked right behind the Gopal Hotel. If you are coming from the Bawla Gandhi Nagar Cross Road, you just need to look for the Ujala Hotel and we are right opposite that area. Working in Sarkhej has its ups and downs with the traffic, but we like it here. We spend our time making plastic items. The floor is usually busy with the smell of melting plastic and the sound of the injectors. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t sit in offices much. Usually, you will find us on the floor checking the batches. The heat from the machines is constant, so we try to keep the doors open for a breeze. We have been in this spot for several years and have seen the industrial estate change quite a bit. It is a no-frills kind of place. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. We just focus on the molds and the final products. Most of our workers live nearby and have been with us since we started. We handle the daily tasks as they come. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure the plastic parts are made correctly and the trucks are loaded before sunset. We try to keep things as simple as possible.
