Vishal Containers Ltd.

Working out of 919 in the Chattral GIDC estate means dealing with a lot of sun and a lot of industrial noise. Vishal Containers Ltd. is basically a big shed and some office space where we handle all the logistics. The ground is mostly dirt and gravel, so our shoes are always covered in grey dust by the end of the shift. There’s a lot of space for the trucks, which is the main thing we need. We don't have air conditioning in the main area, so the big shutters stay open to catch whatever breeze comes through the estate. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always a driver waiting for a signature or a load to be checked. We’ve been at this Chattral location for a while, and we’ve seen the neighboring plots change hands a few times. The office inside is small and a bit cramped with all the files and ledgers, but it works for us. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing; we usually just talk over the sound of the loading equipment. It’s a straightforward environment. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at the desks while we watch the traffic on the main road. It isn't a glamorous job, but the containers have to go somewhere, and this is where we make that happen. We just focus on the daily tally and move on. It is a bit isolated here, but we like the space we have to work.
