Umiya Engineering Works

You can find us at No. 331/10 in the Shakriba Estate, which is part of Phase 4 in Vatva. We’re tucked away behind the Indo German Tool Room, so it’s a bit of a trek if you don't know the area well. Vatva is a massive industrial zone, and we’ve been part of it for a long time now. Our workshop handles various engineering jobs, from small parts to larger repairs. The estate is always busy with trucks and workers moving around, especially in Phase 4. It gets quite loud with all the different factories running at once. We’ve got a solid workspace here with all our tools laid out where we can reach them. It’s not always the cleanest place, but engineering work is messy by nature. We’ve spent many long nights here finishing up orders. The Indo German Tool Room is a good landmark to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. We mostly stick to ourselves and focus on getting the work finished. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and we know what we’re doing. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around the estate a bit messy, but we still show up every morning. It’s just how things go in Vatva.
