We've been at Plot No. 268 in the GIDC Estate for a good while now. It's right opposite Road Number 4, which makes it easy to find us if you're coming through Phase-I. Being here means we're surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there's always something going on. We started Ayay Engineers because we knew how to handle the machinery and parts that local businesses need. It’s mostly just us doing the day-to-day work, keeping things running without much fuss. If you walk into our shop, you'll see tools everywhere and maybe some grease on the floor. That's just how we work. We don't have a fancy office or a big reception desk. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure the specs are right and the jobs get done on time. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay focused. People around here know where we are. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. Word of mouth usually does the job for us. If someone needs a part fixed or a bit of engineering help, they just drop by. We’ve seen the estate change over the years, more buildings going up, but our spot stays the same. It's a busy place, but we like the pace. We just try to do honest work every day and get home to our families. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just regular engineering work for regular people.
