Multi Tech Engineers

If you walk into the Nelson Factory Compound in GIDC Phase-1, you’ll find us at Plot No. 25/26/4. It’s a shared space with a few other businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. Multi Tech Engineers has been operating out of this spot for a long time. The building itself has some history, and you can see it in the walls and the old floor. We don't spend much on decorations because we’d rather have tools that actually work. The compound is always full of different noises—hammers hitting metal, engines starting up, and guys shouting to be heard over the hum of the machines. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know your way around. We usually start the day with a quick meeting to see what needs finishing first. Sometimes we stay late when a project is behind, but that’s just part of the engineering life. We’ve had the same crew for a while, and everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one right here in Phase-1. It’s about being practical and getting things out the door. You won't find any leather chairs or fancy coffee machines in our office. Just some desks, old files, and the sound of work happening right outside the door. We like the grit of this place. It feels like things are actually being made here.
