B. M. Engineering Works

B. M. Engineering Works is located over in Phase 3 of the G.I.D.C. in Vatva. Our workshop is in the Rudraksh Communication Complex, unit No. 1 32. We’re right opposite the Annpurba Restaurant—actually, if you look for that restaurant at Tikampura Patia, you’ll find us easily since we are just across from it. It’s a busy industrial estate, and there’s always a lot of noise from the nearby factories. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. The place is usually full of metal scraps, tools, and machines. It’s definitely not a clean or polished office. We’re engineers, so we’re mostly focused on fixing things or fabricating parts for local businesses. Some days we’re under a lot of pressure to finish a job, and the shop floor gets pretty chaotic. We don't have a website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people in the G.I.D.C. who just know we’re here. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of life. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us covered in grease or busy at a lathe. We like being in Vatva because everything we need is close by. The restaurant across the way is where we usually grab lunch and they know us well. It’s a simple life, just working with our hands and keeping the machines running. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just do the work.
