Ami Pharma

Working in Phase Ii of G.I.D.C. Vatva, things are always moving. Our place is Plot No. 394. At Ami Pharma, we focus on the pharmaceutical side of things. It’s a bit different from the heavy chemical plants nearby because we have to keep things a bit tighter and cleaner. You’ll find us wearing our gear and making sure the batches are handled correctly. Vatva is a huge industrial area, and it’s easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. We’ve been at 394 for a good while. The mornings start with checking the logs and the machines. It’s a lot of routine, which is good for pharma work. We aren't a giant multinational with thousands of employees. We are just a local team doing our part in the supply chain. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we have to manage with the generators. It’s just part of being in G.I.D.C. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what their job is. It isn't a flashy place, just a functional building where we work hard. We eat our lunch together and talk about the day's tasks. There’s a lot of pride in getting the orders right and out the door on time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make pharma products and try to keep things running smooth. It’s a busy life here in Vatva, and it keeps us on our toes.
