It’s very much an industrial setting here, surrounded by other units and the usual sounds of machinery and trucks coming in and out. Being in the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation area means we are right in the thick of things. The office and the production area are practical spaces. We don't spend money on fancy lobbies or expensive furniture because that’s not what we’re about. We focus on the chemicals and the manufacturing side of things. The air usually has that faint industrial smell, and there’s always dust on the windows from the road construction nearby. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially when we are trying to hit a deadline for a specific batch. Our team is mostly local folks who have been in the industry for years. We know each other well, which makes the long shifts more bearable. We usually have a kettle going for tea in the corner of the small break area. It’s a straightforward operation where everyone knows their role. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up at the plot every morning, check the equipment, and start the day’s work. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do in the pharma sector. Our neighbors are mostly other factories, so it gets pretty quiet after the evening shift ends and people go home.
