We are at 452 Janta Nagar on Ramol Road. Cadila Pharmaceuticle Ltd is a big name, but this specific spot is just our workplace in Ahmedabad. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes with all the trucks and the road work nearby. We come in every morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s about medicine and pharmacy things, which is serious work, but we talk like normal people here. We aren't scientists in white coats every minute of the day; we’re also just people who live in the neighborhood. The building is simple and functional. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and boxes. It’s a long road, Ramol Road, and we’ve seen it change over the years. More traffic now than there used to be. We just keep our heads down and do what the job requires. It’s not about being the biggest or anything like that. It’s about making sure the supplies are where they need to be. We drink our chai, talk about the cricket scores, and handle the tasks on our desks. If you walk by, you’ll just see a regular gate and some people moving around. It’s honest work and we don't feel the need to use big corporate words to explain it. We just show up and get through the day like everyone else does around here. It is a busy part of the city and we are just here working.
