Dishman Pharma Chem Ltd. occupies a large space at Plot No. 1216/20 to 27, and also plots 11 and 12. This is in Phase 4 of the Gidc, and we are located near the Gayatri Mandir. Having the temple nearby is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. Since we have so many plots combined, the site is quite expansive. You have to do a lot of walking if you want to see the whole facility. It’s a complex place with many different sections for various tasks. We have high fences and a security post at the entrance to keep track of who’s coming and going. The atmosphere is very industrial, with the sound of fans and motors running all day and night. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts. It’s a serious environment because the work requires everyone to pay attention. The office area is tucked away in one of the buildings, filled with files and the sound of printers. We don't have much time for small talk during the day. Everyone has their list of things to do. We keep the equipment clean and follow the steps we’ve always followed. The location in Phase 4 is good because it’s well-connected, even if the roads get a bit bumpy. We just focus on keeping the operations at these plots running smoothly day after day without any fuss.
