Shivaay Engineering Works

It’s a bit noisy here most days at Shivaay Engineering Works. We are located over at 7 Krushna Kunj Co. Op. Housing Society, right near Green Park and the new R.T.O. Road. If you come by, you'll probably hear the machines before you see the door. It isn’t a fancy place. We have our tools spread out and there’s usually some metal scrap in the corner. The shop floor gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front. We started out with just a couple of old machines and a lot of grease on our hands. These days, things haven’t changed that much. We still spend most of the day fixing things or cutting parts to size. Most of the guys here have been around for a while, so we know each other's habits. Sometimes the tea stall guy comes by and we take a quick break. It’s just how it goes. The neighborhood has gotten busier with the R.T.O. office nearby, so there’s always traffic humming in the background. We keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze we can get. It’s a messy job sometimes, but we’re used to the smell of oil and the sound of grinding metal. People usually find us by looking for the Green Park landmark. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a local engineering shop doing our bit for the folks around here.
