Siddhi Engineers

Our workshop and office are at Siddhi House, which is part of the Virkunj Society. We are located right near Vidyanagar School in the Ushmanpura area. It is a decent place to be based because it is easy for people to find once they see the school nearby. We do engineering work here, which mostly involves a lot of technical drawings and handling various metal parts. The space is filled with tools, some machines, and a few desks for the paperwork side of things. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where things actually get built or fixed. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't talk much about things like innovation. We just look at the plans and try to make the parts fit the way they are supposed to. Some days are loud because of the equipment, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating from this society for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind much. We just take the jobs as they come in and try to finish them on time. It is straightforward, practical engineering without any of the extra polish. We open the shutters early in the morning and work until the job for the day is done. It's a simple operation and we like it that way. Most of us eat lunch together in the small break area.
