Unipave Engineering Products

We are located in Surelia Estate at 254/1, right on Vastral Road in the Amraiwadi area. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so you’ll hear the sound of factories and workshops all around us. Our place is an engineering workshop where we make various products. It’s usually quite noisy because of the lathes and grinding machines we use throughout the day. There is always a bit of oil on the floor and the smell of cut metal in the air. We’ve been operating out of this estate for a long time now. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a big corporate office. Most of the space is taken up by raw materials and finished parts waiting to be shipped out. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for years and they really know their way around the machinery. It’s physical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. Sometimes we have to redo a part if the measurements are off by even a tiny bit. The trucks are constantly moving up and down Vastral Road, which makes the area feel very busy. We mostly deal with other businesses that need specific parts made to order. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, run the machines, check the output, and pack things up. We don’t do any fancy advertising or anything like that. People in the industry know where to find us when they need something manufactured. It’s just what we do day in and day out, from Monday morning through Saturday afternoon.
