Our workshop is over at Plot No. 3736 in Phase 4. It’s tucked behind the New Nirma building in the Vatva G.I.D.C. area. Finding us can be a little tricky the first time because the industrial estate is so big, but once you see the Nirma landmark, we are right there. At Ultra Febtech Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days dealing with fabrication and all the noise that comes with it. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal and tools. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we work hard. Most of the guys here have been working in Vatva for a long time and know the area inside out. We have our tea breaks together and talk about the work that needs finishing. It’s a simple, honest environment. Sometimes the trucks blocking the back road make it hard to get materials in, but we always find a way to manage. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to talk about what we do. We just take the drawings and start building. It’s a lot of sweat and heavy lifting. We keep our records in a small office that gets a bit dusty, but it works for us. We’ve been at this spot for years and it feels like home now. We just do the work.
