Altrafine Gums

Our facility at 88/2 in the GIDC Estate, Phase-1 of Vatva is a typical industrial setup. There are trucks coming and going from the estate all through the day and night. At Altrafine Gums, we use this plot for our processing work and to store our supplies. The air around this part of Vatva often smells like whatever the factories next door are making. Our building is a large, open shed with high ceilings and a concrete floor that has seen a lot of wear. It stays cooler inside than you would expect because of the high roof, which is helpful in the summer. We have a tiny office cabin near the front where the paperwork is handled. It is usually full of files and ledgers stacked on the floor. The workers are always busy moving heavy sacks or checking on the machines. There is a lot of dust that comes from the materials we handle, so we are always sweeping, but the floor never stays clean for long. We have a small area in the back where the staff can sit for a break. It is a noisy and busy place to work, but we are used to the sound of the machinery by now. We don’t have any fancy signs or a polished front office. It is just a functional unit where we do our work every day without any fuss or extra decoration.
