Our office is located at House No. C/F/3 in the Rajvi Complex. We’re tucked behind the Raj Plaza Shopping Center on Gurukul Road in Memnagar. It’s a bit of a quiet corner in a very busy part of town. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a few years now. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old wooden desks, a few filing cabinets that are overflowing, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We handle trading and supply work, which means a lot of time spent on the phone and dealing with paperwork. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and head home. The guys from the other offices in the complex often stop by for a chat or a cup of tea. It’s a friendly atmosphere, very different from the big glass buildings downtown. We know our suppliers well, and we know our customers even better. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment, and we have to spend the whole day fixing the mess, but that’s just part of the business. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just try to be honest and get the orders out on time. Memnagar is a good place to be, and we’re happy to stay right here.
