Udisol

Our office for Udisol is tucked away in Shop No. 217 at Satyam Mall. Being right across from Mansi Circle in Vastrapur means there is always something going on outside, and the mall gets quite a lot of foot traffic on the weekends. Inside our unit, though, it’s mostly just us working on tech stuff and trying to keep up with all the requests that come in. We started this because we liked solving problems with computers and systems, and it just grew from there into a full-time thing. We aren't one of those massive companies with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller group that actually pays attention to the details of the work. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the internet slows down, and we have to deal with those little frustrations just like anyone else. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. There’s no point in making things sound more impressive than they are. We just enjoy the work and the fact that we get to do it in a nice area like Vastrapur. Most days involve a lot of screen time and some phone calls, and then we lock up and head home like everyone else in the mall. It’s a good routine that works for us, and we’ve made some good friends among the other shop owners here over the years.
