Niv Corporation

Our place, Niv Corporation, is situated at Plot No. K 1/1 in the Odhav GIDC area. It’s right near Thakor Engineering and pretty much opposite the Aapa Hotel on Ambica Nagar Road. If you are driving down that way, you can’t miss the hotel, and we are just across from it. It is a busy industrial road with trucks coming and going all the time. We handle different kinds of supplies and materials for other businesses around here. The office is small and tucked inside the main gate. We don't have any flashy signs or big logos. It is mostly just paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The dust from the road gets in everywhere, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We have a few staff members who have been here since we first moved into this plot. We aren't a giant corporation despite the name; it’s more like a small family-run thing. We know the other business owners on this street well. Sometimes we go over to the hotel for a quick lunch or tea. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We get the shipments in, we sort them out, and we send them where they need to go. It isn’t exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't bother with fancy talk or long meetings. We just keep moving and making sure the inventory is right. We've been at this same spot for a while now.
