Our office is in the Anhil Complex, which is right in the heart of Navrangpura. If you’ve ever tried to park around here, you know it’s a bit of a nightmare, so I usually just take the bus or walk. Orion Security Solutions is on one of the middle floors. The building is older, so the elevator is a bit slow and makes a weird clunking sound between floors. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets for all the paperwork, and a bunch of clipboards hanging on the wall. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy decor or expensive rugs. We just need a place to coordinate things and keep our records straight. Navrangpura is always full of energy, and you can hear the street noise even through the closed windows. Sometimes we have people coming in to apply for work, so there are usually a few extra chairs lined up in the hallway. We keep a water cooler in the corner that always seems to run out at the worst time. The lighting is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake during the slow parts of the afternoon. It’s a straightforward place for a straightforward job. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the work is getting handled.
