Indian Construction Co.

Our office is at A/15 on the 3rd floor of Parth Apartment. We are situated right opposite the Sukomal Flats in the Ramdevnagar area of Satellite. It’s a busy neighborhood, and our office at Indian Construction Co. is just as busy. Since we are on the third floor, we get a little bit of exercise every day, especially when the lift is being serviced. The office is pretty cluttered with site plans, permit papers, and samples of building materials. It’s not a fancy place to look at, but it’s where all our planning happens. We’ve been in this building for many years now. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on various construction sites around the city. We don't have any marketing people or a public relations team. We are just builders who have been around for a while. The Satellite area has grown up around us, but we’ve kept our little office in Parth Apartment the same. It’s a practical workspace for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure they are solid. It’s a lot of work, and we just take it one day at a time from our 3rd-floor office.
