Ambica Techno Solution is right there at No. 7 in the office building in Bapunagar. If you know the area, you definitely know the post office, and we are directly across from it. It is a good spot because everyone comes to this part of town to do their errands at Azad Chowk. Our office isn’t huge, just enough room for the desks and all the technical gear we have to keep around for our daily tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic and the crowds heading to the post office, but you get used to that after a few months. We have been here for a bit now, just handling the various tech problems that people bring to us. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea in the corner when we have a break. The building is on the older side, so the walls have some marks and the windows rattle when a heavy truck passes by on the street. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens or taking things apart to see why they stopped working correctly. It is just practical work. Most of our day is spent checking through emails or fixing whatever software is acting up. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything. People just walk in, find us at the desks, and tell us what is going on.
