Trupti Eng Works

Trupti Eng Works is located at 135, Shankar Estate, which is right near the Revabhai Estate in the C.T.M part of Amraaiwadi. We spend most of our time out in the workshop. It is a dusty place sometimes, but that is just the nature of engineering work. We have been in this spot for a good while now and we know the other folks in the estate. It is a busy industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks going by. We do not have a fancy front office with air conditioning. We just have our tools and our machines and the floor space where we put things together. Every morning starts about the same, getting the machines warmed up and checking the plans for the day. It is a practical way to earn a living and we do not mind the hard work. Amraaiwadi is a grounded place to be. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just take the jobs as they come and try to do them right. Sometimes the weather gets very hot in the shed, but we just keep going. It is a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the metal and parts go where they are supposed to. We like being in Shankar Estate because it feels like a real working environment. No one is putting on an act here.
