We are based at Unit 100 in the Kailash Industrial Estate, Part 1. It is right near the Odhav Ring Road Circle. If you are driving that way, you really cannot miss the industrial signs for the estate. Toolex Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd has been in this spot for a decent amount of time. The estate is always full of big trucks and people moving heavy crates around. It is a loud place to work, but that is the nature of industrial areas. Our shop floor is actually quite large once you get inside. We have several big machines that take up most of the floor space. The concrete floor has some cracks and oil stains here and there, but it shows we have been working hard. We do not have a receptionist sitting at a desk up front. Usually, you just walk in and find someone in blue overalls to talk to. We handle a lot of metalwork and tool shaping. It is not the cleanest job in the world, but it is what we know how to do. The office is just a small partitioned area in the corner with a couple of old computers and a lot of paper files. We eat our lunch together in the back room most days. The Odhav area is very industrial, so we fit right in with the neighbors. We do not bother with much advertising. People usually find us through friends.
