The Anup Engineering Ltd

We are over at 60, Shyamdham Society, which is tucked in right behind Krishnanagar in Ahmedabad. If you know the Sardar Chowk area, you know how busy the traffic can get around there. The Anup Engineering Ltd isn’t hard to find once you get into the side streets. It’s a pretty standard setup here. We have the workshop where most of the heavy stuff happens and then a small area for the paperwork. It gets quite loud with the sound of metal and tools clicking all day long. The neighbors are mostly used to us by now. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the 382346 pincode is basically home. In the mornings, you’ll see the shutters going up and someone usually has a tea stall nearby where we grab a quick drink. The floors are concrete and usually have some oil spots or metal shavings near the machines. It isn't a place for suits and ties. Most of us wear old shirts that we don't mind getting dirty. There is a lot of back and forth between the staff about different jobs we are handling. We don't really bother with decorations on the walls. It’s just calendars and maybe a clock that runs a bit slow. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it a bit bright, but we keep the fans going. It’s just a regular engineering shop doing its daily work without any fuss.
