Terapanth Foods Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 18 in Maitri Bhavan, over in Sector-8. Terapanth Foods Ltd. isn't some giant factory like you might think from the name. We are a fairly modest operation. We handle food products, mostly dry goods and staples. The space in Sector-8 is good for us because it’s easy for the delivery vans to get in and out. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and boxes. We spend the day counting inventory and making sure everything is stored properly. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s important. We have a small office upstairs where we handle the invoices and the phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the fans running to keep things cool. We’ve been here for several years and have gotten to know the other businesses in the building. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just rely on the fact that we've been around a while and people know we're reliable enough. Sometimes things get misplaced or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble to fix it. We are just regular people working a regular job. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The coffee machine in the breakroom is usually broken, so we just go out for tea. It keeps us going through the long afternoons.
