Tanishka Engineeering Company

At Tanishka Engineeering Company, we work out of Plot No. A/15. We are located in the Odhav GIDC Industrial Area. This part of Odhav is always bustling with activity. Our shop is where the actual engineering work gets done. It’s a lot of steel and iron around here. We have a few heavy machines that take up most of the floor space. The GIDC is a practical place to be for a business like ours. You can find everything you need just a few roads away. Our plot at A/15 isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building where we keep the tools and materials. The air often smells like ozone from the welding. We usually have the big shutter doors open to let some air in. People in the industrial area know us as a regular engineering shop. We don’t spend much time on the computer; we are usually out on the floor. It’s a lot of measuring and cutting and fixing things. Sometimes we have piles of raw materials sitting out front waiting to be used. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains. We’ve been part of the Odhav industrial scene for a while now. It’s a way to earn a living that we know well. We just show up at the plot every morning and get through the list of jobs. That’s the way it’s always been for us at Tanishka.
