System Level Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 32 in the G.I.D.C. Estate. We are specifically in Zone- D/4, Phase- 1. If you've ever been to a G.I.D.C. area, you know it’s mostly just rows of industrial plots and lots of trucks coming and going. We work on various technical systems here. It’s a lot of testing, assembling, and troubleshooting. The building is pretty functional. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we'd rather have better tools for the bench. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep it bearable. We have a small team of guys who know their way around the hardware. Most of us have been doing this for years. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If a customer comes in with a problem, we just look at the specs and see if we can fix it or build what they need. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to get a system ready for a client shipment. We don't really do the whole "corporate culture" thing. We just drink our tea, do our work, and try to make sure everything we send out actually works. It's a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the challenge of figuring out complex problems. Being in the industrial estate means we are near other workshops, which is handy when we need a specific part or help.
