We've been here at Plot No. 6 for quite a while now. It's right near Moti Mill on the Sarkhej-Bavia Road in Changodar. Most people around here know the area well because of the mill landmark. We handle engineering work and keep things running in the workshop every single day. It gets pretty busy, but that's just how it goes for us. The shop floor is usually noisy with machines, and there is always something that needs fixing or making from scratch. We don't have a fancy office or any of that corporate stuff. It's just a practical space where we get the job done without much fuss. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside is a bit much in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. Most of our tools have been with us for years, and we know exactly how they behave. People come by when they have a specific part they need or a problem that needs sorting out. We just look at the drawings, get the metal ready, and start working. It is not glamorous work, just regular engineering. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived around Changodar for a long time. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. When you walk into the yard, you will see stacks of materials and the guys busy at their stations. We don't do much talking, just focus on the bench.
