Suraj Ltd.

Our office is in Suraj House, which is right in Vidynagar Society. It is a pretty good spot because we are just opposite the Usmanpura Garden. Sometimes when the work gets a bit much, you can look out and see people walking in the park or kids playing, which is a nice break from the computer screens. The building itself has been around for some time and we have grown used to the little quirks, like the way the front door sticks in the summer heat. We aren't a giant company with fancy glass walls, just a regular group of people doing our jobs every day. Usually, the morning starts with everyone making tea and talking about the traffic on the way in. We have files piled up on some of the desks and the phone rings more than we’d like, but that is just how it goes in a busy office. Suraj Ltd has been part of this neighborhood for years now. We know the tea stall guy around the corner and the people in the nearby buildings. It feels like a small community here in this part of town. By five or six o'clock, we start packing up, making sure the lights are off and the windows are shut tight. It is just a normal place where we try to get things done without too much fuss or trouble.
