SWEITH INDUSTRIES

You can find us over at Kasturi Estate. We are right opposite Gangotri Estate and behind the Indira Estate. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Odhav, especially with the Sardar Patel Ring Road being so close. We’ve been set up here for some time. We do a lot of industrial work, mostly making parts for other businesses. The workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a lot of steel and some heavy machines. We spend most of our time making sure the dimensions are right. It gets really hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through it. My brother and I started this after working for other people for years. We wanted to do things our own way without someone breathing down our necks. It's quiet work mostly. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with grease on our hands. We deal with a lot of local suppliers nearby. It's convenient being in this part of town because everything we need is just down the road. Sometimes the traffic on the Ring Road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. We just want to do a decent job and get home to our families at night. That's the whole point of it really. We've built some good relationships with the folks around here over the years.
