Our office is located at 61, Anusthan Bunglow, right on Science City Road in Ahmedabad. It is a busy area with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. Sterling Engineering India Pvt Ltd has been operating from here, tucked away in the lane near Saraswati Vidhyalaya. Working in a bungalow instead of a high-rise makes the atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed, though we are always quite busy with our engineering tasks. We handle a lot of the technical groundwork that goes into big projects. If you walk inside, you will see a bunch of us crowded around monitors or arguing over a specific detail in a plan. It is not a corporate setup with cubicles; it feels more like a workshop where ideas get figured out. The Science City area has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and traffic every year. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work just to clear our heads. Our main job is to make sure the engineering side of things is solid. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files every day. It is a lot of checking and re-checking. We are just a group of people who enjoy the practical side of engineering and making sure things work the way they are supposed to. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through the work somehow.
