Star Engineering Works

We’ve been here in Shahpur for a good while now. Our shop is right on Shahpur Road, just across from Shankar Bhuva. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, but we like it here. People usually find us easily enough because of the landmark. Most days, we’re just busy getting through the work that comes in. We do engineering stuff, mostly local projects. It isn’t fancy, just a regular workshop where we keep the machines running. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this district. We have a small team, guys who know their way around tools. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down, we’d rather be on the floor fixing things or making parts. If you walk down Shahpur Road, you'll see our sign. We started small and stayed that way, which suits us fine. There’s always something to weld or turn on the lathe. We don't really have a big office, just a desk in the corner with some old papers. It’s dusty and loud most of the time, but it’s where we work. Ahmedabad is a big city but our corner here feels like home. We just try to do a decent job for the folks who come in. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just Star Engineering Works, doing what we do every day. We’ve been at it for years.
